CaptureFlow AI is an email intake, prioritisation, and lead-management tool that integrates with Gmail and Google Sheets. It monitors authorised inboxes, analyses inbound messages, identifies potential enquiries, and helps organise and draft responses.
CaptureFlow AI operates only on accounts that explicitly grant permission through Google OAuth and only within the scopes authorised by the user.
You must have the authority to grant access to the email inbox and data you connect to CaptureFlow AI. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to do so.

We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content. You must review all outputs before relying on them.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
If you are on a paid plan, fees are billed according to the agreed subscription terms. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
You may stop using CaptureFlow AI at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.
Upon termination, you may revoke access via your Google Account permissions.
CaptureFlow AI and its associated software, documentation, and branding are owned by us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service.
